Conditions for participants
- Partners will accept RMA requests from end customers for the warranty period of the unit.
- Partners will make available a Next-business day replacement option for customers who wish to purchase this. The service can be provided inhouse, or via third-party contracts sold to the customer.
- Silver and Gold partners will:
- provide an up-to-date contact for Synology to announce promotions and activities.
- submit monthly sales out reports to Synology for claims and rebate payments.
- Silver partners qualify for a 2%* rebate, with Synology revenue requirements: £25000 / quarter.
- Gold partners qualify for a 3%* rebate, Synology revenue requirements: £40000 / quarter.
- Gold partners can handle international projects and government tenders.
