How to Enter
Tell us your digital transformation story in English (a minimum of 600 words). You can choose between:
- Uploading the entire story (in pdf, txt, pptx, or docx form)
- Linking to a cloud destination that supports content, such as a presentation or document. Your content must be viewable completely online, and please make sure you share the view-only link. Acceptable destinations for story submission:
- Dropbox
- Google Drive: Docs, Slides
- Microsoft Office 365: Word Online, PowerPoint Online
Judging Criteria

Presentation 40%
The story should be clear and informative. Since IT environments are often complex, additional visual materials, such as system topologies, flowcharts, and other visual aids (including photos of the setup) will help make your content become more awesome.

Background & Technical Implementation 30%
What was the problem that needed to be solved? What was previously used? Which Synology solutions did you use to resolve these issues? The description of the environment, challenges faced, and solutions used should be accurate and detailed.

Insight 30%
What did you learn after setting this up? What were the results? Do you have any statistics that you can show? What are your suggestions to Synology and other users? Share your expertise!
Campaign Details
- Prize Award: DS420+, (one unit per country)
- By participating, you must agree to the official rules.
- Competition is only valid for residents of the following countries/regions: Australia, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.
- A total of eleven (one in each country) winners will be chosen by a panel of judges, appointed by Synology, to receive the prizes.
- It is encouraged to mention the name of the packages and applications used in the deployment.
- The entries close on August 31st, 2020 - 23:59 UTC +8
- Participants will receive an official winner announcement (winner names would be partially masked) via email.
