Contest details

Stage 1

  1. Click the button at the bottom of this page to get started.
  2. Please describe how you would implement Synology solution to your workflow as a photographer.
  3. Every participants will be eligible for the lucky draw of a 2-bay Synology NAS.
  4. Entries will close on 30th April 23:59 AEST.
  5. Submissions must be written in English.
  6. To ensure the most relevant and insightful entries are chosen, the following criteria will be used to select the 3-5 candidates who will receive a Synology NAS for review:
    • Relevance to Photography: Your entry must be focused on how a Synology NAS can enhance your photography workflow. The more specific and applicable your ideas are to the needs of photographers, the better.
    • Insight into Workflow Enhancement: Your submission should offer unique insights into how using a Synology NAS will streamline and improve your day-to-day tasks as a photographer. Focus on specific challenges you face and how this solution addresses them.

Stage 2

  1. We will notify the 5 selected candidates two weeks after entries close and arrange for unit shipment.
  2. A list of questions will be provided as guidance for the review.
  3. Candidates must complete their review within 60 days of receiving the unit and share the final piece on their social platforms, tagging the official Synology page.
  4. Only candidates who complete this step will be eligible for the final selection.
  5. The review should highlight how the NAS has improved their workflow, showcasing real-world applications and benefits.

Stage 3

  1. Grand prize: DS3622xs+ with six Plus Series 4 TB drives
  2. One winner will be chosen by a panel of judges, appointed by Synology, to receive the prize.
  3. Participants will receive an official winner announcement (name of winner will be partially masked to protect their privacy) by email on October 15, 2025.
