Important information for registration

  • Requirements: The Synology 2018 Workshops are designed for Synology channel partners, advanced IT specialists, and business users to deepen their knowledge in data protection, storage virtualisation and surveillance. Background knowledge in NAS technology is required to appreciate the contents and carry out hands-on tasks.
  • Participation fee and Synology products: Each Synology Workshop is chargeable.
    1. There are two payment options for this workshop:
      i) £50 (including VAT) for training only
      ii) £200 (including VAT) for training and a RT2600ac Synology router.
    2. After receiving the confirmation email and the corresponding invoice, the participant is requested to pay the invoice within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the invoice was issued, or before the date of event if there is less than 14 days. Once Synology has received the payment, the participant will receive an email confirming the payment and further event details. Please bring the confirmation email and a photographic ID with you on the date of the event.
  • Cancellation: The participant may cancel the participation at the Synology Workshops. The following rules will apply:
    1. Cancellation up to 14 days before the event: 20% of the participation fee will still be charged.
    2. Cancellation from 13 days up to the day of the event: 100% of the participation fee will be charged.
    3. Participants who cancel or fail to show up will not receive the RT2600ac.
  • Material needs: Bring your own laptop. It’s a hands-on and practical workshop! Please ensure it is charged beforehand.
