Terms and Conditions

  1. To ensure familiarity with Synology solutions, partners should attend activities (webinar, training, solution day, etc.) host by Synology or their distributors.
  2. Tier is decided based on each partner buy-in amount at the distributor. If target buy-in is not achieved for 2 consecutive quarters, the said partner would be excluded from the benefits.
  3. Partners will make available a Next-business day replacement, on-site support option for customers who wish to purchase this. The service can be provided inhouse, or via third-party contracts sold to the customer.
  4. Online Store(s) are not eligible to participate in the Partner Program.
  5. Synology partner badge must be uploaded on the company's official homepage
  6. Silver and Gold partners will:
    • provide an up-to-date contact for Synology to announce activities.
    • submit monthly sales out reports to Synology for claims and rebate payments.
  7. This program is valid to December 31st, 2023 and will be renewed on yearly basis
